Leadership
Rivers' struggle to finance a home more flexibly is how he first came up with the idea of Nook Homes. He is passionate about making homeownership more accessible & flexible through Nook's tech-enabled rent-to-own product.
Before starting Nook, Rivers has experience investing in real estate at W. P. Carey and facilitating large-scale financials transactions working at Deutsche Bank. He is also currently a Principal at Hughes Investments. Rivers has degrees from Duke University (B.S. in Economics) & Columbia University (M.B.A.), where his passion for accessible real estate ownership first began.
